If you are a supplier of Desay SV, you can register and use our Supplier Relationship Management system (the "SRM System"). To provide you with supplier platform services, maintain the normal operation of the SRM System, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure the security of your account, we may collect information that you actively provide, authorize, or request to provide during the registration and use of the SRM System, as well as information generated from your use of the SRM System. Specifically:

a. Helping You Register for an SRM System Account
To help you create an SRM System account, we may collect your name, title/position, country/region, contact phone number, mobile phone number, SMS verification code, email address, and fax number. Based on this, we will create an SRM System account for you. You can log in to the SRM System using the account and the password you set, or via mobile phone number verification. Account registration and login are basic functions of the SRM System. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to use Desay SV's supplier platform services.

b. Information Collected During Your Use of the SRM System
When you use the SRM System, we will collect information that you submit or generate as a supplier platform user when using the supplier platform services. For example, we may collect your name, email address, and phone number to communicate with you regarding issues related to the use of the SRM System; we may collect your IP address and other network and system information to identify and prevent potential bid-rigging and other violations.

(6) Exceptions to Prior Authorization
Please note that in the following circumstances, we may collect and use personal information without obtaining prior authorization or consent from you or the relevant data subject:

  1. Directly related to national security or defense security;
  2. Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
